It should be noted that the union list is mentioned in the part 7 of the Indian constitution and it is the first or number-1 list. It includes the facilities about the welfare of the country and removing of poverty and crimes such as, defense, banking, railway system, foreign affairs, census, taxes on goods and countries resources, controlling about war and peace, commercial and economical sites and publishing of new laws by the parliament.
