Universal Adult Franchise ====> It states that each and every person or citizen who is 18 or 18+ has the right to vote. He can't be deprived of this right on the basis of caste, creed, colour, gender etc.

It means any citizen of age 18 or above has the right to vote irrespect to caste, race, etc.
