This question has rarely direct connection to the jobs that we apply to, but is a great way to get to know us and to see our overall motivation.
I usually just say what I really think. I don’t have one particular goal, but I want to be successful and feel satisfied in life. I want to have the sense of achievement in the things that I do. My career is one of the most important areas of life where I feel I need to be active. I want to learn, be able to use what I learned and keep growing. I love to know that I am helping others and that I have my own role in this world.
