Hindi is a derivative of Sanskrit with Devnagri Script while Urdu is a derivative of Persian language with a Persian Script. Both the languages originated in India. Kashmiri is a different language which currently has a Persian script but it’s actual script used to be Sharada.

Kashmiri was primarily the language of Brahmins who lived in the Kashmir valley and practiced Shaivism - a branch of Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism). Over a period of time with invasions from Central Asia, the Islam spread to the region and the religion also brought the rule of Turks, Persians & Afghans which led to conversion in the valley and with that there was a heavy influence of the regional language (Arabic & especially the Persian). Kashmiri language soon lost its script and since Persian was the official language in the courts of the Kings/invaders, the Script shifted from Sharada to Persian.

Kashmiri language does have some words that have same pronunciation or meaning as the words of Urdu and Hindi but the language is distinct and separates from both Hindi and Urdu in its form and culture.

Answer:

Urdu is an Indo-Aryan language spoken chiefly in South Asia. It is the official national language and lingua franca of Pakistan. ... While formal Urdu draws literary and technical vocabulary from Persian, formal Hindi draws these from Sanskrit.

Kashmiri or Koshur is a language from the Dardic subgroup of Indo-Aryan languages, spoken by around 7 million Kashmiris, primarily in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
