Vaccination is the process in which the weakened germs are given through injections. These germs enter our blood and act as barrior for the same kind of disease causing germs.

Immunisation is the power of the body to fight with the disease causing germs and does not allow them to enter our body thus prevent us from diseases.

Hope u all liked it. Sorry for some spelling and grammatical mistakes.

Vaccination is a dose which is given to protect that person from a perticular disease

Immunization means to make that body immunised that the disease should not attack again on that body
