Here is your answer

The value of g does not depend on the specific properties of the matter or object

It depends on the Variations , the mass of the object and the distance

1) Variation among the height , As we go higher than the earth surface the value of g decreases

2) Variation among Depth , as we go deeper the value of g decrease

3) variation among the earth , our earth is not completely spherical, It is bulging on the equator and flatter at the poles, Hence the value of g increase as we go near the poles and decrease as we go near the equator.

Hope it helps , Thanks for giving me this question to answer as I have Reached the Expert Stage because of this question

Thanks once again
