: R = 2+2+1= 5ohm

Now 5ohm and 1ohm are in parallel combination

R(eq)= 6/5 ohm .

By Ohm's law we know that

V=iR

where v is potential

I is current and

R is resistance

=> I =v/r

=> I = 5/(5/6)

=> I = 6 Ampere
