Hello guys Namaste,

In mathematics, a coefficient is basically a multiplicative factor in a term but in algebra, a literal coefficient is a multiplying factor which contains one or product of more literal numbers in an algebraic term.

Algebraic expressions are combinations of variables , numbers, and at least one arithmetic operation. For example, 2 x + 4 y − 9 is an algebraic expression.
A term can be a signed number, a variable, or a constant multiplied by a variable or variables. Factor: Something which is multiplied by something else.
