Answer:

Varna Sankara refers to children that are not wanted by their parents and grow up to be a nuisance in the world.

They are children that are born out of wedlock or as a result of adultery not following any purificatory process at the time of conception. Because the consciousness of the parents determine in part the nature of the child that is born, children that are not born from parents that are specifically having sex for the purpose of conceiving a child, have a consciousness that is predominantly in passion and ignorance. If those children are further disadvantaged by not having a stable home and loving parents they are more likely to grow up disturbed.

This is becoming a common theme in modern tv entertainment where the main character of films and series is frequently coming from a disturbed childhood, and has a dark side to him that is due to his upbringing.

When such children grow up they are a disturbance in society and we can see today that few cities in the world are safe to walk around in at night because of such anti-social elements that are prone to crime and violence.

When the family situation is nice and the parents are present and loving towards their children, the tendency to crime is much less, and society is more peaceful and safe. We can see that India does not yet have a developed culture of street gangs or motorcycle gangs of youths and disaffected adults who are criminal in mentality and violent for no reason other than the sake of being violent. In large part this is because family values are still very strong in India and parents are attentive to their children as the grow up.

This I attribute to the much deeper understanding of religious values and traditions than many other more ‘developed’ countries. Ko
