Vasectomy and tubectomy are permanent methods of contraception. They are also known as sterilisation techniques.

Vasectomy is the surgical method executed for permanent birth control in males.

Tubectomy  is a surgical procedure for sterilization in which a woman's fallopian tubes are clamped or blocked and sealed, either of which prevents eggs from reaching the uterus for implantation.

Answer:

Vasectomy is a simpler and safer procedure in comparison to tubectomy. In fact, in non scalpel vasectomy there are no stitches. Also, the reversal of vasectomy is considered better and effective than tubectomy.
