Heyya frnd !!!!
VELOCITY : It is defined as the ratio of the displcement to the time for the displacement.
It is also defined as the displacement covered in a unit time.
In SI , it is measured in m s per second.
In cgs, it is cm s per second.
Example: a rocket moving in free space.
For example, "5 metres per second" is a scalar, whereas "5 metres per second east" is a vector.
