it depends if there is some thread system them there will be two cases ie:
case 1 : when velocity become zero then it will have √4gl minimum velocity then it will only complete half vertical circular motion
case 2 : when it completes full circular motion then at topmost point there will √gl velocity if body enters in motion with√5gl velocity
