VOTERS' LIST
A voter is a person who have one vote which he/she can cast in favour of any candidate during election. These voters have options that in favour of which candidate they will vote. Like that a party whose candidates got majority of the votes in most of constituencies forms the government.
Therefore, voters' list is a list in which the names of the voters are written of a particular constituency or an area. A constituency is a geographical area in which candidates contest the election. In a particular consttuency if a candidate gets majority of votes then the candidate is said to be elected.
