Water cycle -
Water plays a versatile role in the functioning of the biosphere. It is essential to all forms of life. The water cycle of the biosphere depends on reciprocity of evaporation and precipitation. Our planet consists of 71% of water and 29%of land .Water on earth goes into the atmosphere as vapour by evaporation and transpiration of the plants. The vapour is returned to the earth as rain or snow.
