Addition of any organic and inorganic chemicals in water leads to water pollution. It can be also caused by the biological materials so obviously there will be change in both physical and chemical properties of water such harmful process result is known as water pollution.
Impurities in water is 0.1% in which:-
1. Suspended solids like sand, silt & clay.
2. Colloidal material like Fecal matter, bacteria, cloth & paper fibres.
3. Dissolved materials like nutrients it includes nitrate, ammonia, phosphate, sodium, calcium etc.
