No sweat man :) just learn this answer and youre good to go

watershed- an area of land that contains streams and rivers that all drain into a single larger body of water like lake and ocean.

Watershed management emphasises scientific soil and water conservation
Advantages:
(i) The main aim is to develop primary resources of land and water.
(ii) To produce secondary resources of plants and animals for use in a manner which will not cause ecological imbalance.
(iii) Watershed management not only increases the production and income of the watershed community, but also prevents droughts and floods and increases the life of the downstream dam and reservoirs.

So its nothing but
- conservation of water
- watershed means conserve
- it can be conserved through
* not exploiting it
*not overusing it for unnecessary
*not throwing chemicals into it
