Watershed management is a combination of geo-hydrological unit that drains to a common point through drains. Watershed includes land and water area that contributes to runoff to a common point. Water harvesting system means capturing and storing water from different fresh water sources and using them for irrigation, drinking and other important life processes. So whereas water harvesting systems are artificial watershed management is natural.
