Wavefront = A wavefront is a surface over which an optical wave has a constant phase. For example, a wavefront could be the surface over which the wave has a maximum or a minimum value. The shape of a wavefront is usually determined by the geometry of the source.

hey mate here is ur answer....

===))In physics, a wavefront of a time-varying field is the set of all points where the wave has the same phase of the sinusoid. The term is generally meaningful only for fields that, at each point, vary sinusoidally in time with a single temporal frequency. Wavefronts usually move with time.....

A wavefront is a surface over which an optical wave has a constant phase. ... A very large sheet of material that is uniformly illuminated would generate wavefronts that are plane waves parallel to the sheet. The direction of propagation of the wave is always perpendicular ..

hope u like it☺️☺️
