Hi friend,

We know that,

nu= c/λ

We need to find wavelength,

λ =c/nu

λ = 3×10^8/ 530×10^6

λ =0.005660×10²

λ =0.5660 m.

Hope this helped you a little!!!

The radio wave wavelength is 0.5660 m

Given:

Frequency = 530 MHz

Radio wave speed = 3 × 108 m/s

To find:

Wavelength = ?

Solution:

\text { Wavelength }=\frac{c}{\nu}

Where,

c is velocity of light

n is frequency

c=3 \times 10^{6} \ \mathrm{m} / \mathrm{s}

v=\frac{c}{\lambda}

We need to find wavelength,

\lambda=\frac{c}{v}

Wavelength is a ratio of velocity of light and frequency of the wave. The light has the highest speed.

\lambda=\frac{3 \times 10^{8}}{530 \times 10^{6}}

\lambda=0.005660 \times 10^{2}

\lambda=0.5660 \ m
