Weak bonds are those forces of attraction that, in biological situations, do not take a large amount of energy to break. For example, hydrogen bondsare broken by energies in the order of 4 - 5 kcal/mol.; van der Waals interactions have energies around Kcal/mol.

Hey There!!!!
Weak bonding means to one of a most important property of anyelemen
It means the power to be connected or be in a bond with other element to form a powerful compound
As u said , hydrogen(H2) has a property of weak bonding with other element in a compound
It means that H2 doesn't undergo that much powerful or strong bond with an element that easily as the others do
to an addition , H2 atom or element can be easily be distached as compared to others
hope i helped u,
Abhishek
