Majority is a purely quantitative measure, not a qualitative one.

There is nothing inherently good about a quantitative measure.

Should a person drive to their destination rather than fly to their destination because on any given day the majority of people are driving to their destinations rather than flying? It would be difficult for me to get from the U.S. to Europe by driving.

But let’s assume that the objective is actually technically achievable via the majority
