In general relativity, a white hole is a hypothetical region of spacetime and singularity which cannot be entered from the outside, although energy-matter and light can escape from it.

A black hole is one prediction of Einstein's theory of general relativity. Another is known as a white hole, which is like a black hole in reverse: Whereas nothing can escape from a black hole's event horizon, nothing can enter a white hole's event horizon.

Explanation:

white hole is a hypothetical region in a space time into which nothing can be entered but from it light and matter comes but in Black hole nothing comes out except radiations , in it everything goes but no one( even the light)can't escape.
