There is only one source of wool, and that is the fleece/fibres from a sheep. The fleece from certain other animals might be described as wool - e.g. alpaca hair, angora (rabbit hair) or cashmere but strictly speaking wool comes from a sheep, and no matter what the breed of sheep it is still known as wool
