hey there,
In mitosis, cell division creates two diploid cells, while in meiosis, cell division creates two haploid cells. In metaphase of mitosis, a pair of chromosomes meet in the middle of the cell. during anaphase, the pair seperates. In meiosis, the chromosomes line up individualy in metaphase and separate in anaphase.

Lifestyle is not a new concept. For thousands of years, humans have tried to recognize and manage their lifestyle and even governments have been struggling to influence the lifestyle of their peoples.
But the definition of lifestyle and conceptualization about it is relatively new.
Usually the first serious use of the word Lifestyle in new texts is attributed to Austrian psychotherapist Alfred Adler (the word Lebensstil).
But we must remember that what Adler puts forward about lifestyle issues is more about aspects of behavioral and personality, as well as the effects of childhood education in adulthood, and it's a big difference to what we now know about lifestyle.
Sobel explains in Lifestyle and Social Structure that lifestyle is a distinct and visible way of living.
Since observing human behavior is not possible everywhere, many researchers prefer to consider our choices in everyday life as second-hand signs of lifestyle instead of our behaviors.
