Guests are treated above god, so welcoming guest is a high priority task. 8 expectations that guest had but didn't find it were :-

1) Foods of their choice.

2) Good quality beds.

3) Bath robes.

4) Shower and bath tub.

5) Separate cup boards to keep all the clothing.

6) Clean drinking water.

7) Good decorations.

8) Separate kitchen for them.
