Here is the answer

Spirituality co exists for the human good. Living a spiritual life means living a pure and ethical life.

Spirituality is a thing which can lift out the people from distress,confusion , failure or misery.

Spirituality is a faith in supernatural power.
It also means that all the human beings have similar form of energy. So it can be the power of mind.

When it co exists with science, it leads to the betterment of the humanity. Hence , to live a spiritual life , one can surely get success but with efforts only.

This is what Spirituality is.
