Since automation has become an essential part of every operation.

So, there are many pros and cons of the situation:

PROS:

• Human resources are more expensive than robots. Hence, robots can do our work cheaper.
• Robots have better capability and skills than humans don't.
• They are significantly faster and cheaper.
• They come in various shapes and sizes for multiple activities.
• They are more active and don't get tired like humans.

CONS

• you need extra time to fix the robot if it malfunctions, which would require reprogramming.
• They are AI( artificially intelligent) but not as smart as humans.
• They have no sense of emotions or conscience; that is, they lack empathy.
• They can work for the prescribed job but can not handle unexcepted situations.
