Opinion: According to constitution, Article 370 is temporary and special privileges given from Constitution of India to Jammu and Kashmir state. Indian constitution is provide some special privileges to some state depends on indigenous culture, development, etc., Article 370 is hindrance for development of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh regions because outsiders are not allowed to buy the property in entire Jammu and Kashmir state so industrial development is not much developed in this region. So, Government of India inactivate the Article 370 with the help of Article 367.
