Over using of mobile phone

We all know today's generation is more addicted to mobile phones .

And this is very bad for our eyes and make are eyesight week .

Our generation all time busy in phones abd also addction of social media like fb , whatsapp and brainly .

We also don't focus in our studies abd overusing of phone can also lead to disease .

Even we type whole day our hands alsi become tired.

We feel irrated if we use phones for long time.
And thus us very bad .

Now oue generation is like tgey can't leave without phones

So avoid over using of phones .

Now a days the demand of mobile increase. The overusing of mobile may be harm to your health and disturb your mental ability . So we can use mobile but in limitation because it may harm.
