it is not good for development of our country. as if the people having less knowledge will be at the higher post instead of people having high knowledge then the high knowledge people will go towards the wrong way and will do crimes and the less knowledged people will not able to catch them.

As per me, it is good to reserve sears from the SC and ST in government jobs and in Parliament. It is always important to give people from backward classes opportunities.
