Every coin has two faces. Scarcity of rain as well as excess of rain is bad. Something is good only if it is in an appropriate ammount. In cotext of rain, a farmer is highly depended on the amount of rain falls. If thier is lack of rainfall, it would be harmful for crops as well as if thier is rainfall more than it is needed.
