My idea of keeping good health is by taking care of three basic things, viz. personal hygiene, dietary habits and participation in outdoor games.
We must maintain good oral hygiene as well as keep our body clean. This implies brushing the teeth in the morning and at night. We live in a country where the summer temperature crosses 40 deg. C; therefore, we must bathe twice a day.
We must control our diet by restricting intake of unhealthy or junk street food. Calorie intake must also be regulated, especially by obese persons. Non-essential Carbohydrates and Fats or Oils must be checked before consumption. Fruits and vegetables are good for the human body; they must be on our regular menu.
At a young age, I feel participation in outdoor games and sports is essential to keep the body trim. Whenever such an activity cannot be undertaken, formal exercises like running/walking on the treadmill, skipping and freehand exercises can be done.
Keeping the body fit is essential, because the mind will work only when the body is in perfect shape.

Don't eat too much of junk food
Do exercise daily
Eat breakfast daily
Go outside to play
Go in the morning or evening walk
Take also bath daily
