In my profession as a teacher, i am the head of the science department this stands me at the middle of the hierarchical authorities having ensured that it is the principal and his deputy that are above me, together with the senior teacher and the director of studies, thereafter am the next one in the hierarchy.
The other ordinary teachers especially those falling under my department are below my level in the hierarchy
