first of all eye contact must be there with whom we r talking. we should speak clearly and frankly. then only the person gets a good impression on us. we shouldn't praise ourselves unnecessarily. we should listen more and talk less. we should give respect to their words. mainly no quarrying. if we r speaking with elders we should look straight and give them respect.

A good conversation should be ;-
1.) Both of them should be polite with each other.
2.) They should respect each other's views and also give ur own alternatives.
3.) u should have clarity and fluency in ur voice so that the other person can understand it properly.
4.) It should be point to point and u should not exceed ur limits while speaking.
5.) While speaking look in the eyes of the person u r speaking to and not here and there.
6.) Be confident as well as patient. First let the other person complete his, listen to him carefully and then give ur views.
