ZERI HOUR denotes the time immediately following the Question Hour in both Houses of Parliament. This is about 12 noon which is why it is called Zero Hour. During this hour members can raise matters of great importance without prior 10 days notice. However, the duration of the Zero Hour has varied over the years.

HOPE it helps to you!!!
