Hey friend,

Zero of the polynomial is a number in which we substitute the value in the polynomial to get the result 0.

Example,

p(x) = 2x-2 is a polynomial.

2x-2 = 0

2x = 2

x = 2/2

x = 1

Therefore, 1 is zero of the polynomial p(x)= 2x-2

Anonymous: HEHE, that's funny
Anonymous: 1 is zero of the polynomial
tanu66: snehitha is absolutely right
Anonymous: I mean .... " 1 is zero .... of polynomial" ...... That's the same as " I am you ...... in second person"
Anonymous: Better say " 1 is *a* zero of the polynomial p(x) = 2x - 2 "
ganesh36: ok
