according to zeroth law of thermodynamics," if any two systems A nd B are in equilibrium with the third system C separately then they are in equilibrium with each other."

Zeroth Law of thermodynamics gives us the concept of temperature. According to this law, when thermodynamic systems A and B are separately in thermal equilibrium with a third thermodynamic system C , then the systems A and B are in thermal equilibrium with each other also.
