hey mate

Zwitterions means a molecule or ion having separate positively and negatively charged groups...The isoelectric point corresponding to the zwitterion from lets you calculate the pH at which an amino acid have a net zero charge..

hope it helps you

Hey !!

ISOELECTRIC POINT

The pH at which there is no net migration of the amino acid under the influence of an applied electric field is called isolelectric point.

Example :- Isoelectric point of glycine is 6.1

ZWITTER ION

A zwitter ion is a dipolar ion formed by neutralisation of acidic and basic centres present within the molecule.

Good luck !!
