Answer:It is fighting for the rights of the displaced forest dwellers of the Satpura forest in Madhya Pradesh. The Tawa Matsya Sangh was founded to fight for the rights of the fishermen. They were denied their livelihood when fishing rights in the Tawa reservoir were given by government to private contractors in 1994.
