IgE's main function is immunity to parasites such as helminths like Schistosoma mansoni, Trichinella spiralis, and Fasciola hepatica. IgE is utilized during immune defense against certain protozoan parasites such as Plasmodium falciparum.

Answer: IgE are the antibodies produced by immune system

Explanation: if you have allergy ,your immune system overreacts to the allergen by producing IgE antibody(immunoglobulin E). These antibodies travel to cells that release chemicals which cause allergic reactions. This reaction cause symptoms in nose, throat, lungs and even on skin.
