The narrator gives the following justification for not brushing his teeth:

He says that he rises late in the morning already,so he feels somewhat lazy and dizzy to do brush, but he has an better alternative to it,and that is drinking tea, because according to the narrator tea is more powerful and preferable to kill germs and bacterias in mouth than that of toothpaste and hence he prefers it.

Answer:

The poet justifies not brushing his teeth by saying that it is too troublesome to break a twig from the mango tree every morning to use it as a toothbrush. He says that a hot cup of tea can easily wash and clean his mouth.

Also the author justifies his action by saying that he doesn't need to brush his teeth as not even a tiger does so.
