uncle podger in three men in a boat is the uncle of jim. he has something a rude behaviour. he is always used to scold his wife and his childrens in a bad manner. while attaching the picture in the wall he made such a disturbance he used to scold his children and his wife with a rude behaviour. thus he is so strange at the same time is so funny.
