Mainly there are two types of contractual arrangements in India. I.e- Agriculture and food processing.
1.Contract Farming- It allows buyers and sellers to do their business without going to mandis. Under this farmers are taught how they can make the product according to the requirement of the customer. Farmers are also provided with seeds, credit, machinery and technical knowledge which they need under this.
2.Food Processing- The government of India has approved many joint venture projects, foreign collaborations and also providing 100 export oriented units.
