In the poem 'a tiger in the zoo' have contrasted the life of a tiger in a zoo and a tiger in jungle. The tiger in the zoo moves with a silent anger , he has no independence , he ignores the visitors who have came see him , because he know they will not free him , he listens to the sound of patrolling cars in the night and stares at the stars. But the tiger in the jungle moves slowly in the grass , hunts the well fed deer , keeps the people of near by village in his terror. There is a major difference in both situations, the tiger in the zoo lost his independence and just romes in the zoo with a silent anger because he can not do anything.
