Tough there are no concrete evidences of the conversation between the Alexander-The Great and Porous but some historical accounts suggest that Porous was defeated by Alexander in the battle of Hydapases. Then a meeting took place between the two, in which Alexander asked Porous "What do you want me to do to you?" and the Porous replied "Think of me as a king." Owning to his fearlessness and bravery, Alexander freed the Porous.
