Well....In our area specially in assam where i live.....The flood is our guest ...it arrives during monsoon..and Ofcourse it leaves nothing for all the villagers and poor people who lives in hut Specially in lower assam..The rural area gets totally devastated and the people there had to face a bitter Punch of famine...Not only does the rural areas get damaged but also in the urban areas the Huge flow of water gets upto the road and we all have to face a great problem...
According to me...its a curse in Assam gifted by god.....
