After reading the story you will admire and understand the potential of the nature. The moral of the story is that when you have nothing still then there are somethings with you that others cannot have. The author has simplified this law of nature by relating the story with the life of two beggars.

A day in the country is beautiful, moving story about two orphaned siblings named Fyolka and Danilka and a cobbler named Terenty.

Terenty rescue Danilka when his hand was stuck in a tree. And after that they enjoy their day in the country that makes them realizes the beauty of nature.

Answer:

Chekov in his story “A day in the country”, puts forth the law of nature by relating the story with the life of two beggars.

Explanation:

A day in the country is a beautiful story about ‘two orphaned siblings’ named Fyokla and Danilka and a homeless cobbler named Terenty. While Fyokla was searching desperately to help her brother whose hand was stuck in a tree, Terenty goes to free him.

The children loved him for this reason. Terenty shared his ‘knowledge and time’ with two ‘orphan children’. Terenty believes that there is no ‘secret in nature’. The children returned to the deserted barn after spending the day with Terenty. The love and care he showered towards those little kids was quite moving. It kindles the emotional feelings of everyone who reads it.
