what kind of fires can effectively be put out by water? what kind of fires is it not suitable for! Give reasons for both cases.​

Answer is-Any kind of combustible material can catch fire easily,like dry wood,paper etc. These fires can be easily put out by the water because water cuts off the oxygen contact which is necessary for the combustion.
