What kind of food did neolithic humans eat?

Neolithic means (relating to or denoting the later part of the Stone Age, when ground or polished stone weapons and implements prevailed.)

The Neolithic man ate the food they have grown during farming. The vegetables that they farmed they ate. They also ate Barley, Rice, Wheat etc.
They were able to eat this because at the neolithic period had a bit modern thing comparatively to Paleolithic period and Mesolithic period. At this period they have also started to domsticate animals.
