●Any negative information about anyone, including myself.
●Any information that is likely to damage someone’s reputation or put them in harm’s way.
●Any information that is restricted from public disclosure, subject to an NDA agreement or covered by a limited distribution contract.
●Filing a false police report that can result in felony charges and jail time.
●Deceptive or fraudulent disclosure (which is a crime) intended to take advantage of others.
●Fake news, repeating rumor that cannot be confirmed or has already been disproved.
●Spreading of gossip and unfounded accusations. Revelation of a person’s criminal history or other behavior.
